Then BCG to do digital transformation.

Next step, I caught the startup bug and spent three years building companies, trading corporate stability for startup chaos (and loving every minute of it).

First came Pupa for property management (spoiler: property managers love Excel more than change), then Casalist for real estate leads (turns out cold contacts stay cold, who knew?), and finally grupAI for taming the WhatsApp chaos monster.

Through Techstars Miami '23, my cofounders and I learned the true meaning of "motion is not progress".

The program taught us invaluable lessons: the art of customer discovery, the importance of building with no money, and that transparency with investors is everything.

Those intense 10 weeks transformed us from corporate overachievers into scrappy entrepreneurs, shipping MVPs in days rather than months.

Now, I'm diving deep into AI because after trying to automate everything else, teaching machines to think seems like the logical next step.

Plus, AI doesn't complain about bean bags in the office.
